Jill and Teresa were my companions for a walk across this bridge.

| Meanwhile, down at the Brooklyn end of the Brooklyn Bridge, someone was keeping their bicycle warm and cozy. For the week preceding that walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, I was staying in a hotel room with a view overlooking 34th Street, just across the street from Penn Station. And this is what I saw any time I looked out the window:    The Empire State Building is a classic beauty at any time of day...or night. |
